“Prosperity is not a do-it-yourself game”. –
I am often asked “Why do people work with your organization with regards to things they could do on their own”.
I was flipping through channels and ended up watching “Miracle”, the movie about the 1980 US Olympic team that gave the National Russian Team its first defeat since the invention of ice (or something to that effect). I expected myself to turn immediately, but found myself hooked on the movie.
The US coach did not tell his young team they would beat the Russians. He did promise that their conditioning would be such that they would be able to skate an entire game against them, a feat he alleged no one had ever up to that point worked enough to accomplish. The weakness of all opponents the Russian National Team had faced was more conditioning and teamwork skills rather than individual skill on the ice.
Next I turned to an hour long UFC promotion for a an upcoming fight. One segment showed a fighter and his entire fight house sitting around a television watching his previous fight (this was a rematch title fight). The entire room was filled with individuals comprised of one team watching the tape as if they would each be the individual in the ring. While fighting is an individual sport, their was clearly a team culture present that made each fighter stronger.

Marksmanship is not merely shooting. Marksmanship is knowing yourself physically and mentally, knowing your equipment from firearm to projectile, awareness and respect for environments. Our business is no different. While we mainly present real estate and business opportunities to each of you, understand that we are deeply involved with community projects, the arts communities, non-profit organizations, and local business development to name a few. The concept of these operations is that through strengthened the overall communities that we invest in, the stronger our investments. Every job we create through offering free business advice to local businesses, every public forum we host on financial awareness, and every arts and tourism organization we support through strategic consultation result in the following: value creation for all involved.
The second point of pride for our organization is that we create investment companies for each of you that mirror our own companies. The moment we identify something that works for us, we pass along to each of you. We do this because we know that the each of you are, the stronger we are. We encourage this way of thinking between investors for the very same reason. While I don’t expect you all to burn your money and hold hands, I do expect that you openly share the things that we share with you: informational and educational resources. Strengthening the man to the left or right of you can only result in positive returns for all.
I look at this new and growing organization as such. The idea is that while each of you moves through the world on your own, you have a team that when necessary can focus on your obstacle as if it was their own. Its here within the walls of this community that we all are to hone our skills, our knowledge base, and talents where we know we are surrounded by individuals that have aligned their personal interest with our own respectively.
In the similar way that a man moving through world of mixed martial arts drops the name of the fight house he was trained in and can sometimes win the fight right there, I desire the same effect for each of you when you are in areas we we have influence (and eventually those that we don’t ! )
On the client side of the website we are currently working on our educational section. It’s here you will learn in detail how we operate, and why. We cite every resource and personal experience example we can verify to give you depth of where our tactics and strategies are derived from. Our intent here is to fast track your personal business and investment acumen. Access to this site will be available to the public on a trial and per course of instruction basis and reasonable rates. No class will be more than twenty dollars to the public because we need everyone to understand that our goal is not to profit off of you, but rather profit with you. Pricing the classes here allows us to cover cost while simultaneously spreading information that can only benefit.
